tl to g35

Anyone here go from an Acura TL to a G35? I was wondering how they compare. I have an 05 TL that my wife might take since she is in the market
for a new car and I would get a new one. I would get an AWD G35.
I know the obvious advantages of the G35, performance and handling.

If you don't need the front wheel drive aspect then go for a RWD g35. The '07 is really nice. There will be nothing you miss from the acura

I live in the midwest so we get the snow, lots of rain and the occasional ice storm so the AWD would be preferable. I hope to go test drive one next week. Want to be ready if the wife decides that she would like to have my car.

There are a bunch of threads comparing the two cars. The Acura is liked for its interior and the G for handling. I like my 35x a lot in dry, rain and snow (none of the latter here this year-I went bicycle riding yesterday in the 60-70 degree weather!).

I've been in the new Acura on short trips (as a passenger) and I still like the G35 better.

Good luck with the shopping!

Thanks, I will do another search of the forums and see what I come up with.
I know both are great cars, each with its own pros and cons.

I would go drive a G and see what you think. There are no reasons not to get a G35X but you should go see if you like it in person.

That is what I am hoping to do this coming weekend. I am hoping to go test drive one next week sometime.
