i am taking apart my headlight housings and i have all the wires disconnected except the green and blackish/ brownish looking one that connects just to the side of my hids. Can i put it in the oven like this? if not, how can i take it out. Help.

 

i would use a heat gun instead of baking it!!!

You can put it in the oven like that. I have put mine in the oven four times with all the wires on them @200 for 10-15 minutes.
