I have a SEDAN G35 AUTOMATIC. The manual was not available when I purchased in 2002. For those of us with automatics, HKS will research and manufacture a A.L.C. - Automatic Line Controller. For the 300z, this provides 0.25 second faster 1/4 mile times. I'm sure HKS can do the same feat for the G35. Basically, it keeps the line pressure at consistent pressure during wide-open full throttle. Normal automatics release pressure before shifting to the next gear. The ALC allows the automatic to perform as well as a manual under full throttle. Please go to the HKS forum to PRODUCT REQUEST and support my request to manufacture the ALC as they will listen if we push for it!!! My user id is Humpside.
