Black 05/06 G35x with 350z 5 spoke track rims in New York...

Hi...today in the Queens area of New York, I saw a black 05/06 G35x (pretty sure it said x) with these 350z 5 spoke rims and it looked really nice. Never thought about that combo. Just curious if that individual is on this forum.

If they are the same size F/R it would look good IMO.

Yeah, I am 90% sure I read it as X and since X doesn't stagger, this individual would need to purchase all 4 rims in the front or the rear. It does look really nice. Didn't get a long enough glimpse to see if it was lower though.

I think what you saw might not be track rims but the normal 05/06 350z 5-spokes star rims that are 18x8 +30mm all around.

Since the 05/06 track rims are wider and have a little more aggressive offset that has no way to fit a G sedan unless if you overstretch your tires...

Just checked Nissan website and I guess you are right. They are the basic 5 spokes I think but looks damn good though. I am 100% it's the same rims from the yellow Z that I've included in this thread since I see these rims on the street all the time. I didn't get a good look at the car and whether or not the wheels stick out but from the side, it sure looks hot.
