About to purchase wheel/tire combo, does everything look good?

I have an '03.5 sedan w/sport shocks, soon to be lowered with unrevised 350z springs. The wheels I want are 19x8 all around with a +40 offset. I want to put 245/35/19 tires. I know the wheels will fit, but will I have any problems with the 245 series tire up front with the z springs? Any other problems you guys see before I pull the trigger?

My setup is simular but my wheels are wider and I don't have any problems with the springs and tires.

Sweet, just ordered them from tirerack. I really wanted 19's, but had trouble locating any that were light enough not to hurt performance, yet cheap enough to meet my budget (under 2K WITH tires). Got some 19x8 SSR Comp-H's, with 245 series General Exclaim UHP tires, mounted and balanced, for $1580 SHIPPED. Wheels are 20 lbs, tires are 23. 43 lbs, heck, they might even IMPROVE performance. The total diameter is 2% less than stock, that will effectively raise my gear ratios slightly, correct? VDC shouldn't be affected since they are the same all around, right? Thanks for the help guys, I'll post pics once I get them on.

Kinda of late to be asking those questions....right? (since you just ordered them)

Your VDC will be fine. I personally would have recommended that you go w/ 245/40/19 tires, but that's just my personal preference (Perry05G35 is running those as well as myself), but if you're already dropping your car, shouldn't be an issue.

The difference in the price of tires was huge (mine were only $127 each). The only tire CLOSE to that price in a 40 series was 29 pounds, which would effectively negate the benefit of lightweight rims. I'm not worried about the look since I'm dropping it. And I'd rather be slightly smaller than stock than larger, acceleration-wise. Oh, and I ordered them after ya'll's original post.
