Post 10k service - sluggish car

Just had my 10k service a few days ago and the car feels sluggish now. If you have driven your g medium-hard then u know what i mean.

I will reset the ecu in a few hours but could anything else be the reason?

Its kinda in granny mode but on 3rd gear it doesnt feel like it. Only on 4th-5th.

How do you set the ECU back? Also, is your G an automatic?
