M spoiler or no spoiler?
practically speaking if it hangs over, don't you think it might break off when you close the trunk? i mean the trunk dips below being flush with the taillights when you close it then rests above. it's very slight, but it could break the ends off

I think I mis-read your post...my bad (wouldnt and wont be the first time)I agree. If they made a spoiler that was chunkier like the M35/45 but fit like the width like the M3 or UTR spoilers, that would be nice. I'd swap my out for one.

I say go with the M3 spoiler. I went eBay as well. Then prepped and painted it as close as I could. If it didn't work then I didn't care as much cause it was relatively inexspensive. But I love the way it came out. It doesn't overhang.
