practically speaking if it hangs over, don't you think it might break off when you close the trunk? i mean the trunk dips below being flush with the taillights when you close it then rests above. it's very slight, but it could break the ends off

Do you have problems when you close your trunk since it hangs past the end of the trunk?

The spoiler is too long, with the overhang, looks like it's trying to wear bigger sized shoes.

I don't like it at all. Looks like the dealer put the wrong part on and it's too big.

No worries Grant, I don't think you are a dummy either I think I mis-read your post...my bad (wouldnt and wont be the first time)

I agree. If they made a spoiler that was chunkier like the M35/45 but fit like the width like the M3 or UTR spoilers, that would be nice. I'd swap my out for one.

will the m3 spoiler fit perfectly on the g trunk? w/out leaving it in the sun to be able to bend it like the UTR spoiler?

u know I'm a manager at infiniti so I just laid the spoiler on to see if I liked it or not. there are a number of people who have installed the M spoilers onto their sedans but no one took real close up shots. I like my sedan without it after the new rims.... I might throw a roof spoiler but keeping the trunk clean.

I say go with the M3 spoiler. I went eBay as well. Then prepped and painted it as close as I could. If it didn't work then I didn't care as much cause it was relatively inexspensive. But I love the way it came out. It doesn't overhang.
