I am looking to install some Z/Coupe springs with some dspec's and wanted to know if anyone has installed the rear extensions as per the DIY by CrazyMike https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-suspension-diy/86676-diy-tokico-d-spec-extension-g35-coupes.html
His instructions are for the coupe and I was wondering how much more or less work is it going to be for installing them on my sedan, especially since I know it's a biatch to remove the rear seat to reach the rear deck panel. I also have an amp rack installed behind the back seat so that is added work.

Why do I bother to DIY???
If you have the premium package (like your signature says), then you should have reclining rear seats. If so, just recline it forward, lift the velcro flap, and stick your hand down there to adjust it. it literally takes 1 minute.
But if you don't, I think the procedure is the same...but it looks like you lose the child seat "latch" ability...not sure if this will hurt your resale down the line.

Like he said if you have the Prem Package then you dont need to use the Extension. or you can buy my tein flex suspension and buy the EDFC for it!
^^You mean I don't need the extensions and I can reach behind the seats to get to the adjustment ****? If so, yippeeee!!!
Thanks everyone. So from a G35's perspective, will there be any performance difference if I got the DSP7 vs the DSP9? Just wondering because if I got the DSP9's and I wanted to sell them, I could sell them to 350Z and G35 owners whereas if I got the DSP7's I could only sell them to fellow G owners.

that one I dont know about but every suspension I have seen will fit the G and Z my Flex says 350z on it
I remember something about the dsp9's for the Z were a bit shorter, which I guess would still work fine on the G but maybe the dsp7's would not work on the Z. Just wondering if there are any performance differences.

i've got dsp-7's on 350z springs..... premium package here, so no extensions needed either.
I'm planning on doing the Z/coupe combo. Couldn't find anyone to sell me their darn 05/06 or Z struts for a decent price so I was thinking to just spoil my car with dspec's.
