Both are beautiful machines, and im digging those rims on the G.

 

ditto on those rims. I'm loving them. Oh, nice bike too .

Nice bike, must be awfully fast. After an exciting ride on the bike, the G must feel a little slow. I'd consider a bike like yours but I think I would kill myself.

I love both of them.

If I really want speed than the bike is usually the pick...

But if I want to take a nice long ride with some fun acceleration, styling, and handling than the G is an awesome option to have.

What size are your rims? I have the same ones on my G you copy cat. Just kidding. Great taste there buddy!

Your ride looks to be 20"s gdup and his look to be 19"s, correct me If I am wrong people.

 

Hey gdupg35, do you have any problems with those big wheels causing your tires to rub when you have to make tight turns or bumping up inside the wheelwell when you hit a big bump? I am not flaming you, I am truly curious as I like the way the wheels and tires fill the wheelwells, but there doesn't appear to be much room for movement in there now. Also, did you lower your ride an inch or so, or is that just the appearance due to the bigger wheels? Any problems with scraping? Thanks in advance for your reply.

 

Very nice looking R1. I had a red and white '98, which was replaced by an 01 Gixxer 1000, which is scheduled to be replaced by an 04 R1. I agree about the pecking order for the toys: the current sportbike first, followed by the 'Vette, and finally the G35.

<hr></blockquote> Those are 20's, and yes his car is lowered. He did have a rubbing problem, but it turned out that his fronts were rubbing on a mounting clip for a front end bra he had on his car. He has no rubbing issues now, from what I understand...
