I think it will make them as respectful of that kind of hp as we all are of their's. Good luck with the Greddy install.
Happy holidays and be safe.

Re: You think this will **** off a few M3 owners??

I have a question. How much horsepower and torque does an M3 have? and... what the weight of the car?... and the size of the engine?

Thanks for any answers.

Re: You think this will **** off a few M3 owners??

my best friend's brother has an M3 on stick....i'm not gonna lie...its a quick boy! but, i'm extremely sure that with some work done to a coupe it'l be a great race! Give the coupe or sedan 333hp and i'm 101% sure that we would hand that *** over! I dont know why they're so cocky with their cars...we paid 35 - 40...they paid 50 - 60....big difference with price, and not so big difference with speed! Plus...you can hardly mod that car...from what i hear the engine is already stressed way too much so if any mods are done....BOOOOOM!

My car is being used for the development of the TT kit for the sedans.

GReddy is doing the install, and development.

Re: You think this will **** off a few M3 owners??

Their quest for carb legal certification is why I still have a stock motor.
I have been waiting for over a year for Greddy to get the ducks in a row so they can use my sedan. If I had I done NOS, or any other type of mod, including test pipes, or anything that may hinder the ability for my car to pass smog with their turbo kit, my car would not pass, and waste the entire install.

So, yes, that is in fact their intention to have the kit CARB approved.

Re: You think this will **** off a few M3 owners??

In respond to the thread in M3, I think in straight line shootout, or on a drag strip, M3 is the king. And in otherwise situation, such as on race track, it may be a drvier's race even though 350Z is underpowered compared to M3. For example, in a recent BestMotoring clip I downloaded that includes a number of cars for comparison, including GTR R34 as the camera car, 350Z, M3, Boxster, S2000, I was quite impressed with the 350Z's performace on the track, beating M3 by couple seconds in five or six lap run. Ultimately, GTR is still the king, if you have watched this clip. I'll try to post the link.

I don't know what the dude that was claiming 330i beats Zs and Gs was smoking..... maybe the Z owners weren't racing with him? I see no way how the 330i can beat the Z and the G....

Re: You think this will **** off a few M3 owners??

There's already a guy on your post over there saying that if you put the TTs in an M3 they would be unstoppable....true....

but we G owners would still have an additional 25k in our pockets.. LMAO

Picking on M3 owners because of the price difference versus the G35 is no different than an SRT-4 owner picking on *you* for the same reason. Peace.

Re: You think this will **** off a few M3 owners??

I disagree RogRacer. If you are talking about the coupe, then it doesn't loose out in the "Looks" department to the M3. Can you say the same about the srt-4 compared to the coupe? Didn't think so. Peace.

Zorro...not sure what you are getting at with the looks comment. I was responding to the mentality "I can make my car faster than yours for less money".... implying that to do otherwise is stupidity. Friends, I can always make a car faster than a G for *way* less money. Regardless, the G is a great car and so is the M3.
