In a few days I'll be out of the country for 1 month and staying in Shanghai, China (with my wife and her family). I'm going to miss the G dearly but I'd like to know what is needed to be done prior to my departure to ensure the car will be in solid driveable condition when I come back. The G will be parked outside at my parents' driveway and will be car-covered. More than likely the car will not even be turned on, so should I need to disconnect the battery? Overfill the air in the tires? Fill the gas entirely or halfway (it's currently less than 1/4)? Any feedback is much appreciated, TIA
drain the engine oil put some fuel stabilizer in the gas tank its only a month so you wont have to do as much as if you stored it for 6-8 months like i have to when i go on deployments
if no one starts her..you could always unplug the coil
before starting her..30 seconds would suffice
battery disconnect is always a good idea. dry gas when you come back
but don't think you need it for 30 sit
