What to do? My wifey wants a more comfortable ride from my G35 Sedan w/Sports Package

My wifey wants a more comfortable ride from my '05 G35 sedan w/ sports package (sports suspension + 18" wheels 235-45-18 tires). What's the easiest/cheapest way do this? I thought of a few. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

1) Lower tire pressure? I am running about 32 psi all around.
2) Get new tires. My tires have about 6 months of life left. Maybe that's the problem.
3) Trade my 18" for someone's 17"
4) Change my shocks.

17's will give you more sidewall, softer ride. you can also swap out for non sports suspension (shocks + springs) and that will be softer

^^+1, I agree if you want to keep your sedan but soften the ride the 17" wheels and tires will do that. Going to new 18" tires will not make much difference.
When I went from 17s to 18s on my 05 sedan I was lucky my wife did not complain, but our other vehicle is a 4x4 truck

I recently had a loaner sedan without the sports package and I thought it rode rougher than mine with the sports package. (The dealership may have had 50 psi of air in the tires or something, I didn't bother to check.)

I doubt that's the easiest or cheapest route.

Well, thanks guys for your responses. If you are in the SF bay area and willing to trade your 17's for my 18's, check out https://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1945419.

Make this modification immediately. You'll never have the problem again.

I'll trade my 17s for your 18s!!!

My ride seems pretty smooth, but i don't have the sports package either. It is a tad bumpy sometimes, but nothing major.

I may be able to solve ur problem since i just put 18 on my sedan yeaterday and have the stock 17 wheels with ****t* BF Goodridge (however you spell it) traction on them. I can unload them for really cheap so you can keep ur 18 just in case wifey ever leaves you, you can put ur 18's back on. BTW I have an 04 Sedan

Wow, if she is not happy with the way it rides now just sell the G and get a caddy. She is too picky. It is a car...
