Just got off the phone, with Tony. He actually responded to a PM I sent Saturday, before I could call this AM. He is issuing a UPS pick call, and has replacements on order as we speak. Unfortunately due to getting the parts from Nissan, then shipping, I will not see them until next week, sometime. So far I would definitely give Tony an A+, for customer service.
Things happen, you can't change that, but a good company does what ever is necessary to make it right, and so far those steps are being taken.

Glad to see that Tony is taking care of it for you. I have always been very happy with Riverside and their service. I got the wrong floor mats from Chad a while back and he took care of it very fast.
