I hope those tires are like... literally sticky or something.

The most I'd pay for tires... is like 150~200 max.

Damn. You must be ballin' and don't have any where to spend all that money.

OUCH... sorry to say it, but yea you got ripped...

I used to have M45 rims w/Michelin Sport PS2's and (4) Project Kics spacers and paid over $1000 less then you.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but DEFINITELY next time ask for advice first.

that tire is available from tirerack for 294 a tire with $50 MIR if you buy 4. i picked up 245/45/18 in regular sportmaxx on special last month for 121 a tire with a $50 mail in rebate. their shipping is pretty good as well. post if you have any initial impressions of the tire.

What is that "Replace Front Wheel Studs"?

Is that the cost of installing the spacers? Dude Ichiba 15mm wheel spacer come with the studs already pressed into the spacers. All you have to do is take off your wheel, install spacer (which is just slipping it on the stock bolts and tightening the spacer nuts), and reinstall wheel. $80 for just that is a bit much. Its about as hard rotating your tires.

Also, $30 for "Wheel Nuts"?

What happened to your stock wheel nuts? Or is it a $1.50 charge to install each nut??

If it cost that much just to put the M45 rims on, i would never go that route. You could of easily got some nice wheels through a vendor here and all you have to do is mount them when you get them. Well its your money, we can't say you made a bad decision. Enjoy them!

I had the original wheel nuts but they looked horrible because they were not chrome so I ended up buying chrome ones from them.

You can't just unscrew the studs unfortunately, thats why they charged extra. $80 is a bit pricey though.

Oh gotcha, I was assuming they were like the 15mm Project Kics spacers which have the studs already pressed into them.

Looks good...sorry you paid so much though.

245/40/19 is an odd size and I've found that it does cost more...but that's a bit too much. As everyone mentioned, if you search online, you can typically save a boatload. Tirerack is a fantastic place for checking and their shipping is $10 a tire.

I went to Wheelworks for tire pricing and walking in blind they try to ream you w/ MSRP prices. Tirerack sells these for about $120-121. If I recall correctly, Wheelworks wanted $180 per tire + mounting and balancing + tax...reaching abouit $220 a tire. Retail stores jack you if you don't go in informed - they typically match online prices (+shipping) too. I ended up getting my 245/35/20 Kumho SPTs for about $125 (which included mounting and balancing) in a tire package deal.

Discount Tire charged you for an alignment?!?! did you physically see them put the car up on an alignment rack and attach the laser heads to the wheels and get under your car to adjust anything?!?! To my knowledge, NO discount tire does alignments. I heard about one of the stores here in my city charging for alignments and they dont even have a rack for it, nor anyone with the knowledge or capability to know anything about aligning a car.

Yes I watched them do everything. When you go from 17" to 19" they better do an alignment.

I paid 315. So with the 10 dollar shipment it would have been the same. Trust me guys, I looked into this. I didn't get jipped.
