Easy Way to Black Out the Chrome?

I'd love to make all of my chrome black, I have a black sedan with dark grey aftermarket wheels...the chrome on the door handles and around the window is kinda tacky..

and of course I want to tint my car as well..

You can get window trim blackout tape for the window trim, but I don't think it would work very well on the door handles, you'll probably need to paint them. You can get the blackout tape at pep boys.

Run a search for DaveB. He used some sort of tape on his door handles. I believe he reported that it held up well over time. He posted pics.

I used black vinyl on my door handles and it would work very well on the trim too. Go get some from a place that makes stickers or PM BlueBatMobile, he can sell you some.

Yep, higher grade electrical tape on the doors It's held up quite well for nearly 1.5 years. It's about time to replace it (5 minutes) because the tape has lost a little of it's gloss. I put the tape on just to get an idea of how the door handles would look black and I was shocked at how good it looked. No one knows it's tape unless I tell them. Just one of the few DIY benefits of having a black car (black out the grill, door handles, gray lower sills).
