Stock Radio display acting quirky
Stock Radio display acting quirky
I have a stock 2004 G35X Bose radio with navigation. A few months ago I installed the Nissan iPod kit and everything seemed to work fine. Lately, it is not working properly.
When I plug in an ipod and select SAT, it plays the ipod but the radio display seems to freeze on whatever last command i gave it. Because of this, i cant change artists, albums, or playlists. It doesn't change song information with the next song unless I hit the Display button, and if i change the volume, it displays the "Volume xx" (where xx is the volume number i set) which stays there until i press another button. All my ipods are up to date software wise. Any help? I searched and posted about this in the ipod thread but not much help besides finding out other people are having similar problems. Without the ipod, everything functions normally.
