What colour to paint calipers on EM Sedan?

I've been kicking around the idea of painting my calipers. My car's Emerald Mist, so here are my thoughts about colours.

Red is out. Red + Green = Christmas
Gold - no, not trying to look Brembo.
Black is low-key, 'specially since these stock calipers are nothing flashy.
Silver might be nice, but who'd notice?
EM Green to match the car? I'm tempted, but is it too...too...too something?

Thoughts?

I had the same dilemma, my g sedan is bright cb and my friends were trying to convince me to paint them blue as well...I think they were trying to make a fool of me.

In the end I went with silver. My friend painted his black and they are hard to see. At least with silver it gives it a nice clean look. Unlike the rusty black/brown dust that usually covers it. My wife doesn't really notice a difference - but I do!

Och, plaid, new thairss a mawn after me own heart! Unfortunately I guess we were lowland Scots and therefore no tartan. But a very famous golf course does bear my last name...

Green and gold, hmmm. Thanks for the fresh idea, Papa (and +1 on the doggy door!) but that would be the colours of some despised sports teams a few hours up the road from me. Looking like Silver might win the day.

No problem. Silver would also be a nice choice. You can always change it up. I'm on my 4th and final color

I just did my rear brakes last weekend. Went with the DBA 4000xs rotors which come painted gold from the factory so I wanted to match them. It was hard to find a decent gold color, but it turned out all right I think.

Please pardon the filth on the car, I took this right after I finished the brake job. The washing came later.
