Will they fit? and should i bother?

so with about 70k Miles on my car in a harch canadian climate the heatshields on my cats have managed to rust loose and get awefully annoying. i have a set of low mileage cats off of my friends 350Z. now...will they fit? and is it worth changing them for any other reason other than the rattling?

They should fit just fine. Other than the rattling, there really is no other reason to change them.

Are these pure factory parts? If so, I wonder if they are covered under the 7 yr/unlimited miles corrosion warranty? (I assume those terms apply in Canada also)
