Dont know how good you have it....

...till it's gone.

My G35 was backed into last Tuesday the 3rd so I have been driving a 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport for the past week. I now realize how good I have it, the G is a blast to drive and quite frankly, i miss it.

Cant wait to get it back this week

The G35 isn't my daily driver, my wife uses it since she only drives 3 miles to work 4 days out of the week and 50 miles, 1 day. However, I understand how much one can become so attached to their vehicle. I hate it when my 98 z28 goes out and I can't drive it. It's usually something small, like an accessory (alternator, waterpump, etc.) It's almost 10 years old but I love driving it every minute. To top it off I'd have to drive my wife's dakota, which is quite comfortable but she has a zebra striped steering wheel cover.

On a side note, I drive the g about once a week and I find myself getting on it more than when I'm in my z28.

does yours wobble side to side when you take a corner a bit too fast? LOL

slow down? Its not even possible to go fast, it sounds like its going fast but when you look down at teh speedo you find yourself accelerating at a very slow rate lol.

When I drive mt 03' silverado I used to get bored. I was planning on baggin it and putting some rims, but I dont want to worry about it getting jacked. So I put a system in it and I get to enjoy my music when I use it as my DD. My G has the factory system so thats why I dont really care to listen to music in it....

I actually don't mind driving the van with the family. It's fully loaded and very comfortable. But yeah, when I want to go fast..."damn it, wheres my G to get around these SOBs"

I need to garage mine and get a DD this year....100K + today

My Fiance has a smart car

and I totally love driving it cuz its hilarious (well, that and it costs $10 to fill it and drive 400km). But when I get back into my G... I am at one with the universe.

well, my rental car right now is a toyota yaris verso (im in europe right now)...

i tired to max it out on the highway and i barely broke 100. it makes me appreciate the g so mch more. acceleration cannot describe the way it gains speed. it's pathetic. i guess 106hp just doesn't do much.
