"m3 rear spoiler"
Sorry, But did any notice the carnage in this last shot?

In the foreground, it looks like something on a car broke, crankshaft im thinkin.. it nailed the pavement a few times and then came to a grinding halt and then bled oil/coolant all on the ground

lol at carnage. Fortunately it was not my car but caused by something else. That parking lot is by a highway so usually when there are accidents the cops pull the people off the highway into that lot. SO could explain the oil leak, damaged road etc..
hey VODKAROCKET
where did you get your rear m3 spoiler from? What year did you have to order it and was it for coupe or convertible?

Just a heads-up, fellas; you don't want to buy a spoiler from this guy; the pictures look pretty, but...

....the spoiler came in an envelope--a large one, all right--but the spoiler was coiled up; essentially it's a piece of black rubber. That's what I get for trying to save a buck. Haven't decided what to do with it yet, but it's unlikely to get mounted on my trunk.

OEM M3 or UTR spoiler and call it a day. The ebay ones are not up to par with these. This is definately one of those "you get what you pay for"
I have a used carbon fiber one that I was thinking of selling. Just found out about Goo Gone so I can go ahead and remove it with no worries. If anyone is interested, I'm in socal. =)

My UTR is close to the exact size of the trunk lid. It has to bend a little in the middle to follow the line of the trunk since our trunks are not a straight line.
I've never seen one of the M3 ones in person so I can't speak to it. PM Vodkarocket or Gdup35sedan (now has Vodka's old spoiler/trunk lid) for fitment questions.

I received mine in the mail today and it fits good. It is about 1/8" too long but that's nothing that a little trimming couldn't fix. I got it for $25 shipped. Overall I don't feel like I got taken or that I spent my money with the wrong people. I'm going to try my hand at prepping it and painting it too see what the outcome is. I probably won't spend more than $15 on paint.
my advice is... take it to a professional to get painted. i painted my grill black and it turned out nice, but when i tried painting my m3 lip myself, it looks fine by itself, but when u put it next to the car, you can tell that its not the same.
