How much to re-paint the front bumper?

I have a 04 Twilight blue sedan and my front bumper has a ton of paint chips. It looks horrible. Three questions

1. Does anyone else have a problem with paint chips on the front bumper?

2. How much should I expect to pay to have it repainted?

3. Once its repained how much should I expect to pay for the clear bra?

Thanks!

If you DIY the clear bra you can have it for under $200 including the front hood part, fenders, mirrors and rear bumper by the trunk lid.

Thanks, I brought a clear bra kit when i first purchased the Car. I consider myself pretty handy, and I worked on installing it for hours. I never got it on.. Thats actually the one car project that I have failed at.
