So what is different between the '05 and '06??
I'm specifically looking for either an '05 or '06 G35X
But what is different in terms of available options? Like does either year have intelligent key or bluetooth??
I was specifically looking at '06's, but i've seen some good deals on some '05's with low miles. I am just wondering if i would be missing out on some options if i choose an '05 vs an '06
I'm specifically looking for one fully loaded with Nav.
Also, HID was an option correct? Did it come with any specific package or was it standalone?
Is there a list of what options packages came for certain years?? I had a 2006 brouchure, but i can't seem to find it

-the bluetooth was added on in the 06 and is available on one of the premium packages.
- HID is standard for both years
- Intelligent key is available for both years but you need the premium package i believe. 6mts dont come with the I key i believe.

Aero package was not an option on the X. I added a spoiler afterwards. You can buy the factory one or an aftermarket one. I got mine at Spoilerdepot.com.
One KEY difference in the X only from 05 to 06 was the brakes. The 05 has the "smaller" brakes from the 03/04. THese were the brakes that were problematic and wear quickly for some. The 06's have the newer "larger" brakes that last longer.

I don't think i've seen any 2-pot front OEM brakes in my browsing. Every G35 not wearing aftermarket brakes has had single piston fronts.
Can someone tell me the rotor diameters front and rear between the '05 and '06?
Are they interchangable? Do they use the same hard mount mounts? In other words, if i got an '05, could i swap the rotor and caliper from an '06 over? WHy stop there, are there any OEM Brembo setups that will fit either year?
