About 1/3 city 2/3 highway. Each bar is one tank of 91 octane. I've confirmed that my Navi varies by only +/1 1.8 mpg on average and there is no bias (always high or always low).

I broke my car in somewhat roughly (on purpose). Nismo intake, the rest is stock. I step on it a lot around town, but drive pretty normally on the highway.

Re: Gas Milage Survey Please

My driving is a mixture everyday. I drive city to get to the highway and then open road for about have of the highway and then bumper to bumper driving the rest of the way. With that type of traffic and my heavy right foot, I average about 19 mpg. I will be taking a road trip to Cali the 3rd week in Feb. So I will look at how my gas mileage responds then.

I would say this was probably much more accurate than figuring it, I did figure on one tank about half highway, half city, I did about 22 though, not bad!

2004 6MT with 2000 miles, semi-aggressive.

I got 21.5 mpg on first 3 tanks, when much of my driving was on the highway during the break-in period. Now that I have settled in to the daily city traffic, I have been getting 19 mpg.

I use 89 octane gasoline.

2004 G35x
2900 miles

I've been getting about 15-16mpg so far in cold Chicago weather and combo of city/highway driving daily.

Last 2 tanks have been averaging 17-18mpg. Looks like the engine is breaking in nicely. Looking forward to the 20+mpg as the weather warms and the break-in continues.

Pretty average leadfoot - only hammering it occasionally on a nice open stretch.

2003.5 5AT
3400 miles
Usually get between 16-18 mpg with mostly city driving. I do drive somewhat aggressive when weather permits but nothing too extreme.

That's not bad, cold weather driving lowers your gas mileage a lot, especially if it's very damp, it will probably improve when (and if) warm weather returns!

Re: Gas Milage Survey Please

Seems like people are getting big differences.
I have AT sedan w/ 5K miles.
City driving in LA, I've been getting 14.5 MPG
So far the best was on a way to Vegas... 4 large guys in a car w/ some lugage, going 85 mph = 22.9 MPG

I wish I was getting 19 + in city....
