Wood Console drivers (Creaking)

I have the wood option and in the two years i have the G, i made like alot of emergency braking. now my center console creaks and click everytime i accellerate quick and braking. You know where the seat heating buttons are? where the wood console meets the cup holder and armrest console? the place where they meet is the creaking and ticking noise i hear when i acc or brake. anyone have that trouble? plus it gets really bad the creaking and ticking when i park my car for hours and the sun heat the interior plastic consoles up to 100 degree. soon as i get in it makes cracking sounding, like its all hell.

anyone got this problem? service tech cant do shiit about it. i have to start taking action into my own hands. but no clue how.

I don't have the these problems in my 06 sedan yet, but my last car, a corrolla from 97 had similar problems with the plastic getting loose after the hot AL sun warmed the car up everyday during many summers. All of these plastic pieces of the trim just snap together. That snap joint can get loose and weak over time so your best bet is to mitigate the amount of creaking that is possible by using some kind of felt or somthing similar underneath the spots where it's making the noise. There are some products (dynamat i think) that people on here use becuase the G does have a lot of issues with wierd noises in the cabin. Best of luck!
