I missed this post earlier.
Just my opinion but:
Seriously, cooling plate??!? Can you work on an exterior mod instead? I mean a cooling plate is nice and all, but how many times does this have to be introduced to the sedan community? I've seen metal cooling plates offered by Floyd and others in the past and the initial response was "wow thats cool, i want one". But when it came to actually forking over the money, did many people actually buy it? I for one didn't really see any posts with feedback.
The thing is, IMO, most sedan guys don't want to spend $100+ on something that doesn't have any visible or performance impact. By "visible" I mean visible to the general public, not just hidden in your engine bay.
While it may be harder to design, I would think you would have much more success selling a piece that's a little more creative then a cooling plate. For example, a CF grill, a rear diffuser (under the back bumper), front and side air splitters.
