There are some kinks.. Tim I have NPs with you posting all the pictures up

There are actually ALOT of "minor" issues that adds up into a pretty poor fitting bumper.. Albert and Kasey, your bumpers are currently on hold until I go hammer my fabricator in the head .

I'll give you guys another update but soon

Also the 3.5" Pilot fog lights don't fit, they are too big. To make things worse, I broke the lens on one of them so I can't even return them. Now I'm just out $60 unless I can get them to sell me a new lens.

I've been working on it all weekend and almost have it to the point it fits. It's been a good 10 hours so far and I have at least 5 more. I just had to build the sides out some so I filled the side marker spots while I was in there. I also had to fill in around the grille and under the head lights.

The sides go back too far ~1.5" past the fender liner so I'll need to do something about that. And the front under side has a gap between the under pan and the end so I'll need to extend that back to mount it. Right now I was using backstraps to extend the mounts.

I'll take some more pics as soon as the other modifications are done.

Tell your guy who said it was 100% that he is blind.

Maybe the mold is a little different. Yes I have those same ones from autozone. They are too large for the holes. I'm going to go back and get the 3" ones.

That is where Scootch got his so I went over to mine and they had them in stock. The also have some smaller ones that are ~3" and only like $30 so I'm going to try them this time.

Getting there slowly. I think this is going to turn into something temp until the new mold comes out. I just can't get it as perfect as Eric's guys will. We'll see but for now my car is a real work in progress.

thanks for the update. I really wish they got all the issues out before they sent you the bumper, so we could see it painted on your car with the IC sticking out of the front

IMO The only good looking full kit out right now is the oem Aero (nismo kit). There also is the Sportec but it's only in Japan so you would need to import one.

Search around, you have a few other options like Wald but most go with the Aero since it is urethane and comes painted.

Yeah me too but Eric has been so great about everything I would gladly buy from him again. These things happen with new prototype stuff.

I didn't work on mine any more tonight but an going to try and have it ready to start doing the finish sanding by the weekend. I think I'm going to leave the inside fender well and under side gaps for now. As long as I can get it to black primer I will sport it for a little bit.
