NAV doesn't work.

Guys, I m hoping someone here can help me out with this. I have a 2004 G35 Sedan with a built in NAV. It has worked well the past three years and out of nowhere, it quit on me. All it gives me now is when I start the car is the screen, where I am supposed to click "accept" and then it sits on "please wait". Is anyone aware of anything that can cause this, any diagnostics that I can run to fix the issue?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe there's a problem with the DVD drive in the dash...

Thanks a lot guys. Its very likely the DVD is going bad. For some reason, it started working all of a sudden after I posted the message. Lets see if it runs a OK the next few days. If not I will have to replace the DVD drive. I am out of warranty right now and will have to pay for putting this in.

Look for another drive on ebay before going to the dealer.
