From the pics, it looks like the sides sit a bit lower than the front bumper. I would say, go for it on the 05/06 OEM lip.

I would say with those sides you are ok to add the lip if you want it. Just remember you are going to be loowww with it on there so park slow.

I know what you mean by low... I have to go slow and at an angle in alot of speed bumps already...
