Temp Gauge variation
Temp Gauge variation
On my G35 sedan 2003 I have noticed this on the temp gauge and wondering any else did too.
During normal street driving the gauge is usually between the 5th and 6th mark. But when you are on hwy and going 70-80mph or so for a while it goes to the 6th mark or maybe a fraction over that.
Is it simlar for you guys?
One reason I am wondering because I read somewhere that there is concerns that the engine rund too hot during high speed driving and that later over time it might be a problem.
If I remember correctly on my Legend type II i did not see any difference like that and the thermostate was able to compensate.
Any comments?
Thanks
