This thread should probably be moved to the regional section - Northeast.

In any case, based on my experiences, I can't speak highly of Infiniti of Ardmore. If you think that you had good experience with them, try Infiniti of Willow Grove. I always take my car a specific service writer and tech. The tech even does side jobs for me (i.e. brake changes) while my car is in the bay. I just pay him straight cash for a fraction of what the dealer charges. PM me if you want info.

Looks like you are new to the forum, Welcome!

RXM I sure could use that info just in case

I got my car at Willow Grove but so far only serviced it at Ardmore. They're nice enough but nothing to rave about IMHO. Same for Willow Grove (had an oil change there). I'm going to try Infiniti of West Chester next. I want them to do an oil consumption test and West Chester service guy sounded most reasonable. The guy at Ardmore tried to convince me I can't use synthetic oil.

I don't know where you guys live but there's a Nissan dealer in Devon, PA, which I like so far. I've only gone there twice but my 15k inspection items were done FREE of charge as part of some event they had

I highly recommend that you guys go to Infiniti of Willow Grove. When you call to make an appointment, ask for Michelle Holwood (service advisor - she is the only one that knows what she is doing and is very professional and eager to help). Every time I go in, I ask for a specific tech to work on my car. His name is Mike. I've dealt with them a lot and they always take really good care of me.
For example, when my car felt really sluggish - Mike replaced my throttle body, MAF sensor, and air filter all under warranty! He even came in on his day off to work on my car so that I would have it for the rest of the weekend. Now that is service!

Yv12345vY - I work in Wayne which is right near the KOP mall; I don't see any sedans around the area AT ALL!!!
