What kind of mods or aftermarket headlights are available for the 03-04 sedans?

A lot of DIY stuff.

Projectors and Halos are the best.

I have TL Bi-xenon projectors with ZKW lenses and GE 6000k bulbs for my high/low, S2000 projectors with Philips 6000k bulbs for my fogs, AAC CCFL halos, tinted turn signals and painted lights on my car.

Do a search for headlights above.There are far to many mods or options for headlights on these cars to mention.If you see a posting by ttrank view the pics of the headlights mod.Take care.
