Not sure if this was already asked, is it even possible? It almost looks as if everything, from nav down to the console would need to be replaced. Are there alternatives? I considered a brushed aluminum dash kit, but since they are technically accents, they would not cover everything, and leave a portion of the surface underneath visible. The car was too good of a deal to pass up, even with the wood grain, but if I could replace/cover it, it would be ideal.

 

I did my inside door handles and shift ****. I went from wood to silver, it matched my black leather better. if you want to replace dash stuff, used parts be your best bet. Riverside infiniti sell the door handles. Good luck

 

I'll buy your wood door strips and the horizontal strip that runs across the dash board!!!
