i believe i got it at everythingg35.ca(or .com?). it was $78 US plus shipping for a new one. at my door it was $110 CDN, but that was a long time ago when our dollar was weak (shipping was cheap) so you'd be looking at ~$90. that is still too much, in my opinion, for a short piece of black plastic.

you could also try and find a used one locally. i've seen them for $50.
ztune has a ztube/popcharger combo for around $200 as well...

 

Ebay is also an excellent source for used Z-tubes. I got mine for $50 shipped there. Also check out our Marketplace forum where members put up ads on their used parts. Good chance that a Z-tube will show up every so often.
