Brakes HELP! I broke my

I somehow broke my ebrake today. When I got to work I pressed on the ebrake with my boot slipped and a spring fell down! So I pressed on the ebrake again and it worked. Press it once more and it released, but now it wiggles up and down. What the hell? I looked under the dash above the ebrake pedal but I cant figure out where the spring connects. Can someone post a picture of their ebrake assembly engaged? All I have to do is just put the spring back on. THANKYOU in advance!

Wow...same thing happened to me in my 06. But I am still under warranty, so I just took it to the dealership and they fixed me up. Hopefully someone here can help you out?

yea the stealership is 2 hours away and I think all I have to do is reconnect it.

This will be an easy fix once I see where to put the spring..........

Here you go Smoke...hope this helps. Sorry I didn't see this post earlier or I would have got you the pics sooner. Photobucket is down or I would have just posted these within the post.

The last pic I took is of the spring on its side. It actually is up and down like in the other pics.
