Ok. On the way home I had a flat tire, in rear driver side. NO BIGGY, right? WRONG. I jack the back of the car up, jack looks funny but works. After I change out the tire with the spare, I proceed to drive off and WHAM.. Slip light blinking like its fukcin retarded and the car stays at 30 mph. Not going to work going down a major interstate so I pull over. I figured I would put the spare on the front and the front and the rear. Go to jack the car up, and WHAM, the jack brakes and the driver rear falls TO THE GROUND!!! WTF.... So I know it's my fault. The jack looked like something was wrong with it and I shouldn't have used it. Anyways, FDOT (Florida Dept Of Transportation) showed up... used his jack and was off in 5 minutes... I drove 50mph about 3 miles to my dads mechanic shop. Used the full car lift and put my car up in the air. Doesn't really look like anything was wrong with the car hitting the ground. Jack is trashed. Threw it away. Jack didn't hurt the car either, thank god.
(Thanks for letting me rant)
Now, the question is, WTF is up with the SLIP coming on like that? I figure it has something to do with safety and speeding with a spare, but 30mph? Really? Can anyone help me out with more info or something?

EDIT: I have a "donut", it's NOT a full size spare...
