That's not my ride, I just found the video when browsing through YouTube. Haven't really seen other sedans that I can recall with the Motordyne XYZ pipe, they are supposed to be releasing their sedan exhaust soon so I think people are holding off until then.

Hey everyone~~

I'm torn b/w getting the stillen cat back exhaust or a borla catback exhaust.

I got no idea. I hear that the stillen is really loud and you could gain really

good hp while the borla isnt that loud but will better than the stock. I want

something that is loud but not to loud and something that sounds deep. If I

could get more hp than that is also better. I also dont want to pay over a

grand so what would be a good buy?I got a AEM cold air intake and it is

awesome so next I want to get an exhaust. Please help me!!!!!!!!! Also if

anyone can tell me some websites where I can buy exhausts for a cheaper

price I would greatly appreciate it.

I just added the Magnaflow resonated X pipe to my Borla system. I had the Borla 2 in / 2 out premuffler cut out and the Magnaflow put in. Intention was to gain some low end torque and help quell some drone if possible.

won't get too much performance from any exhausts really. Only one that I've heard gives some power is the stillen catback (not sure which gen though) and borla (don't hold me to to that one). Best sound, personally: HKS rear sport section, coupe midpipe, and HR 350z y pipe.

from what I've herd the midpipe on the 06 sedans is better than the coupe midpipe. not to sure why or anything but that's whaty I've been rading a lot on the forums

it's not "better" so to speak. The midpipes are relativly similar so swapping the 05/06 middys to a coupe middy doesn't change the sound much. So it's not technically better. 03/04 midpipes is another story.

You could include the motordyne VQ with unresonated midpipe

pics and vids: https://g35driver.com/forums/4136830-post148.html

from personal experience - no way is this true. Swapping the stock 06 sedan mid-pipe for the coupe mid-pipe makes nice sound (a little deeper) and is smaller and lighter.

I think most 03/04 sedans want a 05/06 midpipe as it does sound better.
