It looks a lot better after a fresh wash. It's been two weeks since it got a bath and lots of dust and dead bugs.

 

Got my car back today… THANKS Viet (rookie)!!! And Thanks Auto Explosion!

I’m still waiting for grille from caskyline, so the pics posted are grille-less… I already scuffed the right lower corner – can’t see it in pics… the fitment is almost spot-on – the only area in need of attention is side-marker gap – I have clear corners (smoked) so I don’t know if they are shorter/narrower top to bottom than OEM, I’ve never noticed with OEM bumper – I am going to slap the OEM side-marker on later the see if the gap is the same.

Also, the tails are done (off topic for this thread, but I’m posting a few pics anyway)…

Pics are crappy – just wanted to post progress… I’ll get good ones up once the grille is done and details in other areas are finished… All in all, I’m pleased with the results thus far…

BTW - Volks should be here in a couple weeks... so please ignore my powder coated stockers...

thanks! I know it's a little odd posting without grille... I'll get some pics up when its on... as for wheels, OMG it takes for-ever! Ordered CE28Ns early Feb - still waiting... but I knew it was a long wait when I ordered... the whole thing has taken much longer than expected

Tim installed dual exhaust and a built motor faster than I can get my little projects done

The bumper looks great and matches well with the sides. Some nice driving lights might be a nice touch behind the mesh

wow mike.....your car is smokin!! with the wheels and the grill on......i'd say thats the complete package!! that tail light came out great! has that FX-eque feel, very sport! i wish i could see it done on some 05-06 tails, that may convince me to do it to mine

tim......your car is lookin great as usual......i think the fresh paint in the front along with this sexy bumper really compliments the sick mods you already had on your car!

I'd say this bumper was a success as far as fitment and lines go......thanks to viet's attention to details.......even the wheel wells flows with the rest of the car....looking forward to see more cars with it.....especially some 05+ sedans

i can't read 24 pages, so I'll just ask: who makes this bumper, how much and when can I order mine? Looks flawless! Can't wait to ditch my OEM non-aero garbage.

 

I think about it all the time! It's on the list and will be done when I get some other clean-up stuff done.

Do you have oem clears or aftermarket? I know the oem clears are the same size.

 

I'm not sure actually... they are JDM I think... I won them here on driver before they started doing gift cards...
