We won't be changing anything on the molds so it will only be fiberglass.

I'm trying to start a thread for the sale of the bumpers but jees, finding pics in these 2 threads is a little tough. 30-40 pages threads is a little uh long? lol

I jsut EM'd pics to you Viet... I'll have better ones later (when touch-up paint is done and wheels are on)... If you need other shots or angles sooner let me know

I posted pics on Frenzy and FA too... Eventually I'll post pics in a new thread here - the car isn't ready yet...

Are the fiberglass hand-laid and are they strong enough to go at high speed on the freeway and withstand the stonechip and winter driving?

Viet would have to answer that one - but it held up well when I scrapped a raised barrier, front-side... nothing cracked, just scraped the paint (having it touched up soon)...

The bumper is very well constructed and seems pretty solid... I wouldn't anticipate anything out of the ordinary in terms of damaging effects...

My paint guy who has done a lot of custom work in his life said this bumper was very high quality and the glass was top quality. I'm still making a clear bra for it to be extra safe.

Viet is working on it right now. As soon as he gets all the pics together he will be starting a new thread. Keep your eye out.

I hit a friggin box (empty cardboard) on the freeway today and everything looks kosher (So. CA freeways are full of trash). The box was in multiple pieces after I hit it, though.
A few months ago my significant other hit a curb. Nothing cracked on the outside, but it did crack on the inside where the side marker bracket is riveted to the bumper. Don't know how you would make that part stronger... Most people couldn't even tell.

I believe the price will be $400 plus shipping (unpainted) but Viet can confirm.

Starting a thread today for both 03-04 and 05-06 bumpers.

Pricing will be 400.00, introductory sale will include custom automesh with the bumper price. After the intro sale it will be 420 without custom auto mesh.

I will need to get a bulk order number to custom automesh, they might take 2-3 weeks to get the mesh to me. If the buyer chooses to not want the mesh a discount will be applied to the intro 400.00 of the actual cost we are getting the bulk mesh order for. The list will start today and will run until 5/15. We'll order more than the list but it will all depend on the numbers that show interest in buying.

Shipping costs will be actual shipping costs.

reinforce it with more fiberglass which affects the sidemarker gap...
