Holy crap. I found it.

It's the plastic cap on the very end of the wiper blade itself. The end closest to driver's side A-pillar when installed.

Quote: Which Bosch? The Icons 22" and 18" worked great on mine for years. Trico seem to work fine too.
^Icons.

Also, in the process of removing the end-cap, I discovered something...
A few years ago, before my first set of Icons, I called Bosch and asked if there were "refills" that could be used with them. They told me in no uncertain terms that the entire blade had to be replaced.

Guess what.....

Yeah, you pop the end cap off, and you can slide the rubber blade right out.

Looks like I won't be spending $30 on wipers ever again

What refills do you replace with?

I am using the goodyear wipers blades from Costco. I have had them for 15 months and at 8 bucks a pop, it has worked well.

I use Rain-X wipers. Not that pricey and work great.

Here's the cap:

Once you get it off, the wiper doesn't miss a big spot in the middle any more!

Only problem is it leaves everything kinda loose. I might add some 3m tape inside or something

I don't really care... my wipers work again!!! w000t

Interesting,

I have also heard (no pun intended) that if your wipers are being noisy (slapping) there is a plastic linkage arm that will need to replaced. Can anyone verify?
