New Guy, Dumb Question...

Apologies if this has been asked or covered before...I looked and didn't see anything.

I got an '04 G35 Sedan a couple weeks ago. But it does not have the "G35" emblem anywhere on the rear of the vehicle. I'm just curious if my car was de-badged by the previous owner or do some years/trims not include a G35 decal on the back?

Like I said, dumb question. But i've been curious.

Love my car, btw. Definitely gives me something to look forward to at the end of a long day at work.

Thanks.

should say G35 on the right side, G35X if AWD, most likely debadged or had bodywork done and the badge wasnt glued on.

PM me if you want those emblems. I have a set you can have...just need to get the double sided tape and put them back on.

IMO leave the G35 debadged. It looks cleaner that way (even more so with the INFINITI lettering removed).

Ours didn't have the G35 emblem on there when we bought it used. Previous owner had the rear bumper painted due to minor collision, and they never put the emblem back on. I bought a new one on eBay (from Riverside Infiniti), and when I installed it, I put it above the tail lamp on the right side just like the 07+ G35. Looks way better there IMO.

Thanks guys. I figured that's what it was. I actually kinda like the way it looks without the emblem, so i'll probably leave it as is.

Thanks for the confirmation.

So your car has the little patch left, not the full Brazilian.

mine didn't come with that badge either and I don't think it was removed b/c the rest of the car was bone stock.

I added one from Riverside. Not sure if I like it better w/ or w/o
