whats the part# ....?

Whats the part# for the thing under the front bumper? Its some thin plastic strip thats runs from side to side under the bumper.

That thingy was half torn off so i just yanked it off, im missing half the strip under the bumper. How hard is it to replace that part? also what is that used for, is it used for less air drag??
