*Calling out SEDANS with M45 wheels*

Ok i have purchased M45 wheels and I have a few questions.
I have an 03 sedan that will be sitting on RED sport suspension shocks and struts with unrevised 350z front springs and 04 coupe rear springs . I know the m45 wheels have a 50 mm offset and I have seen some people use spacers in front and some not . What will it hurt if not having spacers in front will the appearance be different or what is the situation with that concern. Also I would like to run the same size tires front and rear .I would like to run 255-40-19 on all four but will I rub in the front if so should I run 245-40-19 on all four or do you recommend a different size . Also what size are you running on your sedans with m45 wheels and do you have spacers if so what MM. I have also been searching this stuff but I keep getting mixed answers so any insight or help would be great. And pictures would be awesome. thanks

I'm lowered 1 inch all around on unrevised Z springs..

HAVE to have spacers up front. I have 5mm. Some people will go 10mm or 15mm, but you will HAVE TO HAVE atleast the 5mm.

I can't remember my tires size right now. I think its 245-40-19... I can look later tonight. All 4 are the same though...

^+1 and you will need spacers for the front I had The M sport wheels mounted on my car for about 1 hour before I sold them off. I just wanted the tires. The rear will work but I would go with a 10 mm spacer on the rear not a 15 mm one because with the stock 40 series tires you will get some rubbing on the 350z/coupe suspension unless you roll the rear fender. The 255 tire on all four is too big for 19x8.5 rims I wouldn't risk it just stick with the stock tires that come with the wheels or buy 225or235/245 if you want to have a staggard setup on the sport 19X8.5

This subject has been covered many times. But 5mm in the front is a must. I would go with 10mm all around just to give it a more agressive look. I think in the picture below i was running 5mm all around dropped on basics..

I was running 255/40s on the front and 275/30s on the rear.. I would run either 245/40s or 255/35s in the front and 265/35 or 275/30s in the rear.

BTW Ive got some Tein Basics for sale 500$+Shipping!

i've got 10mm spacers all around and 10mm barely cuts it up front w/stock Kumo M-sized tires. i think it's 'cause i'm lowered on H&R's. here's how it looks...

USMCMARK I like the stance your car has . What inch drop do you have and you are running 245-40-19 right. You also siad 10mm up front barely cuts it meaning you rub once in a while.

-Thanks, it's 1.3" up front & 1.2" in the rear.

-yeah, i'm runnin' 245-40-19.

-it doesn't rub(atleast it hasn't yet), but it does comes danger-close to the suspension bits. most places i've taken it tell me it's too close BUT there aren't any marks on the inside of the tire OR the lower arm. the problem w/the 1.3" drop upfront means alignment's are a pain, you'll need a camber kit. i got the full SPC kit, good price, not the best BUT better than stock. jus make sure to switch out some of cheap lookin' bolts w/the ur stock ones.

hope that helps,
~MaRk~

Dropped on "unrevised" 350Z springs, 5mm spacers on front.

It has "settled" just a bit more than this.

Alright i went digging through my archive of photos and found a snap for some of you guys wanting to know why spacers are needed for these rims.

This is a shot from 2 years ago on pretty much stock supsension with a 5mm spacer up front. Suspension doesnt really matter it wont get any closer the lower or higher your car is.
