Comment on the new G35

Damn the new G35 is nice!!! I have an 03 sedan that is almost fully loaded (everything but navigation) and the new one is hot. I had to drop my car off at the dealership so I have a complementary 08. More power, better handling, and better speakers. This is one nice automobile, too bad mine is paid off and I can't afford a new one.

Yeah they are so nice!

I have been thinking more and more about one. I think down the line I may get one and swap most of my mods and motor over to it.

I would probably trade up too if I could afford it. They upgraded alot to the 2nd gen and very little has to be done to make it sexy

we are looking at an M35S 2008, fully loaded and with black on black for 52K. Im not into the new G35 sedans though. I do admit they look hot with 22's on it, I think it was a silver one on here that didnt look Ghetto.

I would wait for the 2009 model which will come with 3.7 engine and 7 speed AT.

I'm definitely getting either the new coupe or sedan in 09. Love the improvements Infiniti has done.

I actually just had an 08 as a loaner for the first time and it's a nice car. Solid interior improvements and I like the new front grille but I could definitely do without the chrome spoiler (?) thing in the back.

I didn't notice a huge change in the performance in terms of speed, it felt a little faster but nothing extraordinary (comparing against my 06 g35x).

Definitely a nice car though

I like the sports edition in Black the best I love the interior. The outside is a little too roundish for me but It's still a nice car. My wife can't tell the difference between the 1rst and second gen. She always say's whats the difference . I hate car payments too much to drop money on another car at the moment. Starting over is not something I would enjoy doing. Especially since I just got my 06 last december and get plenty of compliments on it.

I'm pretty sure somebody on here has done that. I imagine it cost thousands. I'ts more practical to just do a projector retrofit.

yep. the 07 (and now 08) was the only year that I could honestly say had changes that were worth considering over my 04... great car! Better than any previous version AND better than the G37 (IMO)
