do our seats fold down.

Mine is 04.5 with premium. Do the rear seats fold completely down?

No. My rear seat is bolted onto the shelf or onto a reclining frame. No fold down.

so that means there is no way to get around adjusting dampening without taking the rear shock off of the car?

Depends. I have koni rears that are adjustable from under the car. shock doesn't need removal but the wheel proabably does. I don't think I can snake my arms inbetween the tire/wheel well to get at the adjuster.

If you want to go tokico adjustables, you go with the aftermarket adjusters and hide them under a baby seat mount on the rear shelf.

hmmm, i wonder if i can do that without removing the shock for BC coilovers.
Also when people say "u need extenders to adjust the dampening" wtf is that mean. If the shock adjustability is only from the top how the *** are the extenders going to help?

I dunno about the BC units. Have a pic of the top of one rear? Extenders are just a cable thingie that attaches to the top of the rear adjuster and allows it to poke though the rear shelf. You might be able to snake it though to the child seat tie downs or poke a hole though the rear shelf?
