Not going to happen. I'd take a shot in the face first. I'd rather die than go out like a b!tch. There is a fine line between controlling one's affinity to act upon road rage and retaliating against blatant acts of assault.

Throwing cigarette butts against one's car and spitting on someone's car may be less severe than car jacking, but imho still call for drastic measures. Cuts and bruises heal for free. Fixing my car costs money.

If some stupid fkuc shoots and kills me, oh well.

If someone try to jack my car, i give them a "Richard Simmons slap" haha Then id do a "Gone in 60 Seconds" move on them where the black dude opens his door hard on the car jacker.

Yeah, I know what you mean MR. British! My car was keyed (about 24 inches long) on the passenger side in the parking lot where i work. I was so pissed off when i saw the damage, am still are!! Bunch of G35 haters out there!!

 

from what i gather all these haters seem to be targeting the coupe more than the sedan. is there some sort of pattern here?

as regards your comment about America & overseas, I think human nature is everywhere mate. People are jealous of things they don't have and will act accordingly. I'll say this though, I grew up in South Wales, in a mining community. It was the hardest place I've ever lived, where one wrong look would result in a fight. I don't know if this is a good or a bad thing, but it taught me too take care of myself. I don't advocate violence at all, at 33 I'm the kind of person who'd rather walk away from a bad situation, but when somebody blatantly takes the **** with me, my family or personal property, then I will take action. I'm not a particulary big person, average weight & height, but if it came down too it I'd never back down too anyone, I don't care if they 300lbs and 7 feet tall. The sad truth is, when my wife and I moved from downtown Chicago out the Northern suburbs of Chicago it was too start a family, have a bit of greenery, a yard, somewhere we thought would be a great & safe place too start a family. I have too say, there are more idiots & hateful people than I ever encountered living in the city of London or Chicago. Whenever I see an old Camaro, a riced out car or a a pick-up truck with a "no fear" sticker on, I avoid them like the plague...it's a cliche really, but it's true.
The police in this area, I'm sure do a fantastic job, but how do you explain too a law enforcement person, that the reason your in somebody's face is because they threw a *** or spat at your car. I don't know what the answer is, becuse I always thought if you treat others with respect & dignity they they'll treat you the same way? Not the case in this day & age I'm afraid.

Wow, quite the story. Britishbloke, you are lucky though...like someone else said they could have had a gun so you have to be more careful. I don't know if it's just where I live(MN) or what but I rarely run into anything like that. I know there are a$$-clowns everywhere though, just take care and enjoy your car.
