I looked into these back when I did mine.
TL's are the best and a ZKW lens swap makes them even better.
Q45 are low beam only so you loose high beam. You can make the uppers your high beam but the design of the reflector is not made for this.

i looked into thi retrofit but found out the q45 projectors don't produce that much output. However it looks sick and like Tim (ttrank) said, you will lose your high beam. So Best option is to do a full retro fit of Acura TL projectors on top (which are high and low beams) and q45 projectors on the bottom if you want to go the q45 route.

TL's are too big for the top.
The only way to get a high/low on the top is a TSX with a very difficult high/low mod.
