That actually happens on my G as well, I thought it was just because the car was new, but now it's like a burnt in image on an old computer monitor. If the sun hits it right I can see the ghost image!!

Yeah - I've got the same problem with the etching caused by the blade right in my field of vision. I can't imagine that there's a way to fix it though - just crummy it has to be there at all.
