I would highly advise anyone who isn't happy with dealer service notify Nissan USA about your experiences

Are any of you guys listening? His car is burning oil. If they didn't add any oil, it wouldn't have lasted 1 mile out of the dealership door.

Oil filter might have not had the rubber seal. I just bought my second oil filter and got home and found out it didn't have a rubber seal around it. The first time i changed my oil started the car and let it run and everything was ok. I went inside to change cloths to go out for the night and i come out and oil was all over the floor.

Or they never changed his oil in the first place and just charged him for nothing. Ive been their and done that and wont let anyone else change my oil. I took my G in for some warrenty work and told them to change the oil why they were at it. They charged me and about a month done the road my oil light came on and i drianed my oil only to find out that i had less then a quart left.

Sorry to hear that VQ. Now I better check my oil. I just asked my dealer to
change it while they were working on the rear window TSB and a rear seatbelt failure.

Charged me $70 for the oil change using ordinary oil!

i dont get why everybody is crying about their dealership..
did they tell you that it's going to be $18 and charged you guys $81?

I decided not to take my car to the dealership for $50 oil changes..

Some of you take it in knowing it's $50, pay $50, cry about it online..

^ That's why I change my oil myself... so I know the sh*t is done right in the first shot and I have no second guesses about it...
