Will 350z rims/tires fit my '03 G35?

So I'm looking for some summer tires/rims, and I found a good deal on original 350z rims - which are 18" with 225-45-18 tires. Could someone enlighten me about whether this would fit on my G without problems?

Thanks

They should fit. Do you have Brembos?

yes they will fit. Any oem wheels from 350z will fit with no problems. No rubbing at all.
