while i love my G35 (except for the POS seat), thinking this would be a sweet ride... i bet the 20's don't make it to production...

The new RL looks very nice, but it says "Mazda 6" to me instead of "high-end luxury car". Maybe it'll look more luxurious in person. I'm sure it's a great car though.

300 hp sure sounded nice but it lacks the styling and a V8 for the catagory it wants to compete in it.

It will be over $48k when it is on sale in August. It is not a G35 competitor but instead somewhere between the M35/GS300 and M45/GS430. I believe it will be more thoroughly loaded as standard than any car short of a Maybach. Things like NAV with real time traffic jam avoidance, bluetooth, superb interior materials, Super-Handling AWD, high-end DVD Audio system, bi-Xenon headlamps etc all as standard.

I think it's a great car, but too conservatively styled. Plus it's way more expensive than a G. The TL is the direct competitor to the G. Checkout vtec.org if you want to see video of it.

 

I think it looks really good, a little conservative, but i still love it. I think the main thing to take into notice is this AWD system there using, and whether or not it will be integrated into the TL.

Actually I think the front of this new RL resembles that of the current Infiniti I35. By the way, is its V6 engine going to be double overhead camshafts or single?
